Best thing in the app is you can switch from graphic EQ to parametric EQ what's actually day and night. Although 5 bands or never enough for exact fine tuning you can flatten some dips and peaks way better than with the graphic EQ. For me the best headphone in this price region in a long time. If you don't "need" ANC and like physical buttons more then touch controls this ATH is definitely worth its money.

Is it possible to get a double- ended usb type C connector so I could connect headphones directly into the C type port of the smartphone?

I like these headphones. My only complaint is the buttons => the three control buttons feel very similar, so they can get confusing.
I believe one of the buttons, particularly the middle button, should have a bump or a nipple to be tactically distinct from its neighbours.

I was told by a Guitar Center employee that I can use Bluetooth and Aux In simultaneously with these headphones. I didn't think there were headphones capable of that but it would be extremely useful as I could plug them into my electronic drum kit (3.5mm Aux In) and play along to music from my phone (Bluetooth). Are they actually capable of that?

Considering that these cans have their own DAC & amp, can you connect them to a PC or phone via USB C to play as a digital audio device? Since these have their own battery, I wouldn't necessarily need the device (esp not a phone) to charge them, just play high resolution audio more cleanly than via BT or analog cable, plus being able to leverage the EQ settings.

@@WaltsTV Hi, I just bought these for playing digital piano, and had to return them because latency was WAY too high - playing a scale at the normal 120 BPM, I would hear a full note PREVIOUS to the one I had just played. This was with the headphones in low latency mode, and using a low-latency Aptx-LL Bluetooth transmitter. I don't see how Bluetooth will be adequate any time soon for TV/video or live music.
