I think the only really disappointing door was the Cetaphil. It's a not for resale sample size. I have received loads from LIB as extra freebies. They should have put a full size in instead.
I've never bought a Glossy Box calendar. I always get the Look Fantastic one every year because it appeals to me more, having said that, this isn't a bad calendar. It's got some good products. I think a lot of people are disappointed because there's normally a big pallet on the the last day, can't say I blame them .There's been a rise in the electric cleansers as the last day product, they were in a couple of last years calendars but this year we're seeing a lot more of them I think. At this rate I'll have enough electric cleansers to last me several years! If you see a women walking down the street with an *extremely* clean face you'll know its me. Lol.
I have to say I thought that was quite an anti climax and I'm glad I didn't buy it. I think it falls way short of many other advent calendars. Would love to see the Rituals Advent Calendar unboxing. Their products are gorgeous xxx
Hi claire not for me. Loved the last two years of advent calendars from GB where they had eyeshadow palettes. The only things I would be interested in is the rituals items. Most of the others I already have or dont want. Already bought space nk and John Lewis advent calendars. Thanks for the unboxing x
I got the US version and liked it so much that I bought another one for my cousin. A lot of people like this one better than the US version but I didn't think this one was as good. It's still a good calendar but I feel like I got more in mine that I would actually use than I would have in the UK version.
Sadly I won’t be getting this one this year just nothing I can’t live without…You however always makes my day with your lovely personality and beautiful face! ❤
Loved watching this, that blusher is definatly coloured hehe, but on the whole I wasn't impressed with glossybox this year, the last 2 years before were great but not this year. I think a few have downed their game not upped it this year not just Glossybox, so next year about 5 will have to up their game next year as we seem to be harder to please now, put your price up but improve the products and about half to three quarters full size. Definitely not for me this year some ok products like Rituals. Shame there was no eye pallet this year. The Magnitone cleanser thing on Christmas Day was a let down as well. I have purchased the cult beauty one and think I will maybe get Look Fantastic
I loved the look of the box, but wasn't impressed with the quality of the drawers, they were so flimsy. Was hoping to reuse this, but don't think the drawers will last or hold. What did you think of it?
There are a thinner cardboard than we’ve previously had as I’m guessing easier to recycle but I think it depends on what you plan on doing with them - they are sturdy enough not to fold xx
So glad you did an unboxing of this. Considering the contents last year, this isn’t impressive. The Huda palette was such high quality and I use it all the time. I will need to look at different ones available

Someone else mentioned something interesting.. we usually have a big wow last day say, a well know palette and unfortunately for Glossybox we seem to be seeing a lot of these facial cleansing tools in calendars so maybe the lasting impression is putting people off?! Nothing wrong with the tool it looks great but maybe that’s why… I’m not sure xx

A few lovely things! Loccitane was a nice surprise and the magnitone cleanser is fab! But theres no wow factor this year and it just doesnt feel very Christmassy. Obsessed with your necklace! 😍😂 xx

First of all, I have to say that I love your videos. I'm from Germany and the calendar here is of course different from this one. The 25 here is definitely better than ours. We have a headband in it. Okay is better than the 200985 red lipstick 😄I like the No.24 in our calendar more .. We had a brush set and an eyeshadow palette from Luvia in it. But I still think this one is very good. But I'm a bit disappointed by the Lookfantastic calendar. Luckily, tastes are different. There are so many calendars there is something for every taste.😊🥰

I havet bought it bit in Sweden se fint have THE same content as you have. Our is often cheaper produtc, so sometimes is frustrating to watck Glossybox opening in brittish sites
I think there were some interesting and different brands, Pia Louise, Milk and Rituals, but most of the sizes were very small. That blush is ridiculous.
Such a let down. Last year I bought 4 advent calenders each for my mum and sisters. Nothing exciting. Seems like a countdown of junk nobody wants. I actually feel so deflated just watching this. I have a feeling this will be reduced soon

Hi Claire, you did your best with this one, but in my opinion, it just didn't deliver. On the brightside, If they don't sell, they might reduce them for the January sales, but I still wouldn't buy one. Look Fantastic was better. I ordered that. Overall, the sizes are too small & they focused too much on eyebrows. And where are all the lovely eyeshadow palettes gone? Palettes win the day always 😉
Ordered the Look Fantastic calendar and this arrived instead! Not impressed compared to other Years. Hope they refund me the €15 price difference between the two, at the very least! Love all your videos

Very disappointed This is normally my go two calendar I ordered one then cancelled after seeing what was in its very skin care heavy. always get excited for a big 25 day palette witch is not this year also I have noticed some Products we actually got in our normal GlossyBox subscription in the advent calendar so that’s not good
Claire qvc do loads of tge korres products ones you don't see online in the normal shops you get some great deals have a look lovely im not sure if I'll get gloosybox calendar this Yr I got it last Yr and had a couple of products that weren't in it nit sure but tgey basically gave me 5 pounds instead of the eyeshadow pallete and says they had ran out of tge Molton brown gingerlilly and the avant thing those were tge 3 things missing they did send out a replacement of avant which was great but tge others they were just rude and gave me 2 5 pound of like money to spend on tge glossybox website I was really more upset as I bought it for my sister in especially for tge eyeshadow pallete id have rather just got her tge pallete I ended up habingvto buy it separately for her anyway so it cost me way more abyway but yeah was disappointed last Yr in im not thinking its worth it this year Claire I lost all faith in them although I've bought things since and continue to get my glossybox Claire I must say I do think that there boxes have gone down hill the past Yr anyway but yeah I've not been really impressed with there boxes this Yr so far a couple of things I've liked I keep it in hopes that it will go bk to finding things I wouldbt without it but I've ended up with loads of products that I don't use abd just pass on but you tend to get repeats of everything Claire but no not for me im looking through your calendar videos to see which one to buy thanks lovely

@@Diaryofabeautygeek ps I forgot to say I get or have gotten some really good stuff from qvc but I've bought so much ekemis Claire I could sell the stuff tbh I love elemis but I also try new products and different ones in my daily routine and weekly routine but im so stocked up on face creams and all that serums too I have too much but luckily the have a 3yr unopened life span begote they go bad I've given some to friends I kept forgetting I already had different ones and bought more anyway korres was one of tge good brands I noticed they do some really nourishing creams and different things too there stuff os really rich but they do special sets that you don't get even on there own website and for alot cheaper too Claire ill let you know if anything good comes up they usually do at this time of Yr especially on the run up to Christmas god Claire Christmas already its just flown in this Yr I do what you do too I keep all the sample sizes for when I go away on trips for the weekend and trips away love that there enough to use for a few uses and I'm like you in tge way that I swear Claire I try to give away what I can to friends and family as some things you just won't use from these boxes subscription boxes as you know that's why I stopped some most of tge ones I have im looking forward to finding a more expensive one to buy well subscribe to Claire if you've any ideas let me know thabkyou in advance lovely haveva wonderful weekend 😊

So many of these products we already got in the monthly boxes . I think they should make the products exclusively for the calendar
