    -Today's luxury traveler craves a personalized and tailored customer experience. They want you to know their name, and much more.
    -Millennials are willing to pay more for a personalized and authentic travel experience. But they want the experience to be on their own terms.
    -A hospitality offering that raises the bar on authenticity, personalization and comfort will ultimately attract more customers.
    Customers today can tailor almost every aspect of their customer experience and this has raised the bar for every company in the hospitality and travel sector.
    Today's luxury traveler - although not at home - does not want to sacrifice the comforts of home.
    -Today's traveler stays connected with family and friends through smartphones, and expect to feel as at home in their hotel accommodations as they do face-timing with family and friends. They seek an escape must still feel familiar and be on customer's own terms.
