Aurora Experiences in 2022

When the Aurora pops out, you film it however you can. In this video, I am sharing a few of my recent chances to document the Northern Lights while in North Dakota, Alaska and Over British Columbia. This is a pretty raw version with little editing.
I'm still impressed with how well the GoPro9 did at capturing the lights in sections of this compilation. I had a really rough time filming with my dslr on the night in Tok, Alaska. I chose to only bring a 50mm with me on this trip due to weight and space restrictions. My 15-35mm would have been $$ in this situation.... Lesson learned...
Enjoy the commentary between Dan, Kerrie and myself(especially the censoring). We were totally unprepared for the aurora show we got in Tok. Didn't know how to act! Looking forward to the next chance to document the lights!
