Chopped Ginger, Green Chilli, अदरक हरी मिर्च
½ tsp Garam Masala, गरम मसाला
Half Lemon, निम्बू
Coriander, हरा धनिया
POTATO SABJI
2 nos. of Potatoes, आलू
¼ tsp Salt, नमक
3 tsp Oil, तेल
¼ tsp Ajwain, अजवाइन
⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
Curry Leaves, कड़ी पत्ते
⅛ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
½ tsp Garam Masala, गरम मसाला
½ tsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
1 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
Half cup Water, पानी
¼ tsp Salt, नमक
Coriander, हरा धनिया
PURI
1 cup Wheat Flour, गेहूं का आटा
1 tsp Rava Flour, रवा
½ tsp Salt, नमक
¼ tsp Hing, हिंग
2 tsp Oil, तेल
GREEN CHUTNEY
Mint Leaves, पुदीना
Coriander, हरा धनिया

શીતલબેન દાળ પુરી સરસ બનાવી રીત દાળ પકવાન ની છે અને ને બદલે અમે મગ મોગર નાખીએ છીએ ચટણી પણ સરસ બનાવી અમે લીબું ને બદલે 1નાનો ટુકડો આમલી નો નાખીએ છીએ એમાં 1 નાની ડુંગળી નાખીએ છીએ અને ચટણી તૈયાર થાય પછી એમાં 1ડુગળી ના લચછા કરી ને ઉમેરી એ ચટણી મા મેરીનેટ થાય એટલે બહુ જ સરસ લાગે પણ તમે પણ બધું સરસ બનાવ્યું દાળ ઉપર બટેટા નું શાક સરસ લાગ્યું હું પણ આ રીતે બનાવીશ આભાર જય શ્રી કૃષ્ણ🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
