It reads like Mittel (middle, but t instead of d) shvee rich (the ch is like the y in yeah but without voice) kites gruhd (like bruh, but with g).

"Mittel" was good. "Meet-tell".
For a long word like "Schwierigkeitsgrad", it's best to take it in parts. "Schwie" is pronounced "Sjwee". Then "rig" is "reeg"; "keit" is "kait", and "grad" is simple -- maybe alongate the 'a' so it becomes "grahd" if you want proper German pronunciation. In summary, though, "Schwierigkeitsgrad" is "Sjwee-reeg-kaits-grahd".
It means "difficulty level", by the way. So "Mittel Schwierigkeitsgrad" is simply mid-range (or medium, I suppose) difficulty.
Also, for anyone interested, 5 in German is "fünf", pronounced "foonf".
