I agree with Josh when it comes to US American music. I am not American but US music is everywhere in the West. But I personally dont really listen to it anymore because it is not great anymore. I totally understood what he was referring to. I guess thats why kpop is the most played genre in my spotify. But I do have to say the old stuff that the american industry put out is till this day worth listening to. Like the boy band era... even hip hop which isnt my most favourite but rap and hip hop back in the day was fire. I guess the same you can say for Hollywood movies. Please more of NCT ;)

Love the enthusiasm but that one guy on the left... he's too busy singing and doing other things that he misses things in the song and the mv. And kpop is western music. The only difference being the language. I agree that the western market is stale right now but let's not forget why these kpop groups exist in the first place. Many of these songs have western producers, song writers, choreographers etc etc. I don't understand why people can't compliment kpop music without forgetting it's history and what a huge influence artists from the West are to many of these idols. In fact, just the other day, I saw a video from someone from Korea who said that many Koreans (speaking generally) don't even like kpop. They like songs by western artists more lol

We grew up listening to music with artist development from the 70s- early 00s! We're just talking about how the creativity in western music has dwindled off these days besides a select few artists like Bruno Mars
