Nothing more exciting than a nice lot. A lotta what, you don't know until you sort! I had to see what you got in the box that was almost $20 to ship. The guides were nice. I like the old collections too.
13 dodge wreck truck has a very rare double rope hook on it...some you went too fast and i couldnt tell the exact variation...but the double rope hook is cool...i hope you still have it
Thanks for the heads up I was not aware that was a hard to find variation. Thankfully I had not sold that one. Have you seen this guide? matchbox-variations.wikispaces.com/file/view/1-75+Catalogue+compressed.pdf
youre welcome...i have not seen that guide...thanks...its a cool looking guide...looked it over quickly...it seems to be missing some variations...if you want...check out nick jones site for a lot more variations ... www.vintagebritishdiecasts.co.uk/forum/index.php there are new variations being found all the time...the list seems endless! take the 13 dodge wreck truck...after the reverse color model was changed to the common color we all see and have the first variation has a silver painted grill...ok im rambling...thanks for your videos
Watching this makes me feel like unboxing mine from my childhood, and about 20 years ago I got nostalgic and bought a bunch in boxes, maybe from you, probably some from Ken Dotson
many years ago i was driving the exact model Escort, when i got[im guessing] a message from god, ive had a long life, that was the first and last time, anything supernatural happened,it still baffles me to this day
Unfortunatly i cant help with a subscription because im already a subscriber but i wanted to mention that i love seeing childhood collections i wish i had one
Advertise on your local Craigslist.com or Offerup.com for hot wheels wanted and maybe you can find a collection. I have been on the internet since the early days of AOL and an active buyer and seller so long that I am easy to find so I get a lot of offers to buy collections. It is a ton of fun. www.toycarcollector.com is where my cars are for sale.
Question have you ever thought about selling the cars you sell in your mall space in small lots (like a lot of 5 car something like that) on your website? i asked this because some redline collectors like me struggle with getting nicely looked after redlines so i tend to buy the cheaper less looked after ones as i'm in college
What are you looking for maybe I can look out for you. I usually do not sell any cars under $39 on my site. Do you restore or just leave them? Email me at toycarcollector at gmail
Very nice. Funny how we loved our Lesneys till Hot Wheels came out then ignored the Lesneys. Now we enjoy both somewhat equally. I was never in to the Superfast.....seemed like a somewhat lame attempt at being a Hot Wheels and lost the British charm of the Lesney.
i just dont get the box, thing increasing the value,"its a box" the cars what count, its like unboxing reviews they rant about a "good unboxing experience" and rant when its just a plain cardboard box,i dont care what something comes in,as long as its safe an in good condition, the better the packaging, the more they must be adding on to the final price tag
Collectors like boxes for the Artwork and if the fragile box is still in good condition after 50+ years, the cars normally are too. It's a sign of a collector who has looked after their models and that's why they're worth more with a good box.
I envy you how many beautiful cars !!! ♡♡♡ CIAO !!!!
I love catching up on these! Now you are at almost 15k subscribers! Great stuff!
