I would get the Galaxy watch 46mm or wait for the new Galaxy watch 2 that will be coming out with the Galaxy s11. It will be a much more durable watch.

The only thing that holding me in buying Active 2 is the automatic detection of power nap. Versa 2 can do it. Can Active 2 automatically record your power naps?
I had everything I could possibly have running on it and was fiddling with it all day and it still said 22 hours left at about 10pm. Battery life was more than acceptable imho.
I'm not getting call notification for whatsapp and messenger now a days. Before I was getting and can answer the call but it only shows missed call notification

Hey how do you change the language when replying to voice messages on your watch because i have to speak English in order for watch to understand what would i want to type but i don't want to type the messages so i tried using voice ones where watch types the message for you but unfortunately he only types if i speak on English, can i change that? Please help!! 🙈

You can use any of them.. but only Spotify you can start from your watch... the rest.. youtube music, etc... you can start from phone, but control from watch...
Unfortunately I am returning my stainless steel 4G Active 2 today because it will not give the 4G features with Pixel 4. Also I cannot access the Galaxy store from the watch or Pixel which to me was a deal breaker. Such a beautiful watch, but coming from Apple's closed system I don't want to be tangled up in proprietary crap just yet. Purchasing Ticwatch Pro 4G.

If you're listening to Podcasts from your phone - just check the app store - there are tons of podcasts apps out there are free. From your watch - none that I can think of.
I think the 44 would be large on my wrist and I'm a man. I think for long sleeve shirts, or jackets, it would become an occasional annoyance. I would be wearing it most days of the week and not just when I'm at the gym. My question is compatibility with the IPhone. I expect you lose some functionality on the Iphone but what are some of the major, noticeable losses? Thanks for the video.
An employee told me it's not completely comparable with pixel. I just got this watch and I have the 3 as well. She told me when using the pixel it won't give u the messages app instead to text people u have to go through contacts and click on to text them. 😾 Mine has been on and off showing my texts also though.

If you're in standalone mode, then there's no data connection. You'll need the lte/unlocked model with an active data plan to make calls on standalone mode.
Yes I do have that. I am able to make calls from galaxy active 2 without connected to phone via bluetooth.( Or while phone is swithced off) but not receiving calls while my Phone is away or not connected to bluetooth. Mine is a 44 mm lte model

I had Outlook app installed on my Pixel 4 XL and the Active Watch 2 gave all the Outlook notifications.

Yeah - there are paid apps in the Galaxy Store - thb, I haven't tried any of them, but there are a few in the store

For me it’s showing up 50/50. My naps more than 30 minutes yes. My naps less than 20... no.

Yup. There's watch games, you buy them from the Galaxy store, not sure how good they are though.

There is a camera app on the phone - you can take picture and switch it (back/front) - no zooming, but you can tap to focus.

None so far, but I rarely get any of my gadget scuffed up.

Watch 46 has a real bezel, so does the galaxy Sport. Active 2 has a digital bezel. There's probably other differences but that's one clear difference.
The activate 2 is going to get scuffs and scratches and nicks. The Galaxy watch has more protection with rotating bezel.
Should i buy it now or waiting for onther new Samsung watch ?
I recommend this watch. Some places have it on sale now.. here in the US it's at least $50 off.

Yep! One is Lte/Bluetooth and the other is only with Bluetooth

You might want to contact your local carrier. I use tmobile and they assign. A number to the watch but it mirrors your main phone number.
