I guess that F280 was more Vibrant, Open in nature and as said enormous amount of Bass but F310 was comparatively much Sharper, Crisp, Bass had a comfortable feel and in its own both pack punch in their own league...
I feel F310 IS better comparison to F280. 1) Sound echo is perfect and more bass 2)Looks classy and glossy at back. Shinny part must be in back. 3) shifting portion is very ez I guess. But price budget is little higher... So I prefer yeah F280... ❤️

Both are same only name change because manufacturing different, 310 from Indonesia 280 from india, that's why cost higher of 310 but not any difference because size, build , everything is same 👍🏻
We went to buy a new,accoustic guitar and the salesmen who is also a great friend of mine withouht any doubt gave me this Guitar to demo the sound was so clean ,was shocked when i heard the price was below 10k the looks and sound really got me it was a Win deal for me for sure but as its a pure acoustic guitar i installed an additional fishman pickup so now the sound is great both in plugeed in and unplugged cases✌

I bought F280 last week and I am sharing this 1 week experience ....I have watched a lots of videos of guitar lessons on youtube ...it is very difficult to learn guitar..everything It happens only with practice... my fingers hurt a lot while playing guitar... but the result doesn't come and my heart breaks....

F280 is sharper and gets quite shrill in the highs. F310s sound has a better body and overall seems well rounded. The bass is heavier in the first three strings. That being said, notes are more distinguishable in the 280 and it has a considerable oomph when compared to the 310. Idk. You choose your sound

The yamaha f280 sounds high res but at the same time it has no control for the mid frequencies which crashes with other frequencies. While the f310 has more control over all. I'm assuming the f310 is significantly heavier than the f280.
@Rishi Jain C40 is a classical nylon strong guitar, F280 is steel string acoustic. Pick one based on your playing style, if you wanna play spanish / flamenco, go with the classical guitar (C40).

But The F 310 natural sounds entirely different and warmer and much better in terms of playability than the F280 hands down .. So I think u should maybe re evalauate it with the f310 natural .. my opinion ..🙏

F280 has a little more openness to me, also the mids are richer while playing individual notes, while strumming they sounded different but neither one was better or worse. I just recommended it to my friend because everyone knows if you can’t choose a good beginners guitar just go Yamaha. The 310 sounds like an Epiphone acoustic guitar, very scooped mids.
@@abhinavanand6407 Try getting strings from a good brand like martin, Ernie ball or D'Addario. Pick a gauge that you are comfortable with. If you have no experience trying different gauges, start low like 10 or something and increase the gauge depending on how your fingers feel. I've been playing for a couple of years but my fingers are still very weak so I use 10. I recommend "D'Addario phosphor bronze strings (10-47)" since phosphor bronze compliments the midrange frequency very nicely and lasts longer than 8/20 bronze strings.

I personally feel the difference in between those that F280 is much better than F310 Why? Because F280 it's sounds fully opened and F310 sounds is like someone pressing it's sound and that's why it's not fully opened
I found the 310's sound to be better. 280 was definitely louder - treble was shriller and bass was more boomy - but 310 was more mellow, smoother, more balanced, rounded and resonant - basically a higher quality and more pleasant sound.

You might be right from your point but as a guitarist i would be saying that f310 sound is much more professional and opened sound than the other one. I am sorry but I don't think so you are a professional guitarist if you were you would be noticing the difference immediately.

F280 has better resonance. Mids and highs are rich and vibrant. Fret board setup and action is smooth and comfortable.

I went to a guitar store, to analyze F280............ she says its lack of shapness thats bringing F310 down.......(Basket Case)
F310 is more deeper and rich in sound quality, I loved it.

F210 is crunchy and rings loud. While F310 sound clean and base blended. Overall my conclusion F310 is the best
F310 seems to have a string spacing issue. The gap between 5th and 4th string, and the gap between 4th and 3rd are not same.
I'm so confused between F280, Ad810 and fender which one should I buy if you can help me out it would be really great.
