For an Early Access game there's so much that impresses me and I honestly cannot get enough of it. Hopefully there's a lot more to come in the years ahead! And with Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on the way it really feels like 2024 is the year for everything Medieval! Let me know what you think in the comments below and subscribe for more!
Caveat. This guy doesn't edit or timestamp his videos. You have to sort through a hour or two of him talking to get a few key concepts. But, yes, he's extremely knowledgeable.
3 million are waiting for the game! this is incredible!!! and I’m more than sure that if a person added a game to his waiting list, he will probably buy the game! this guy, developer will become a multimillionaire in one or more days!!! 👍and that's cool! because we will get a guarantee (I really hope so) that he will develop this game! will add a multiplayer! and much more! Even if they're DLC, I'll still buy them! I already like the game! its setting and how it is made! and I don’t spare money for this! this is part of my life! good luck to the developer!
It so reminds me of Stronghold 2, you could play as the lord of the stronghold himself, you could only play the management of resources, or playing against AI in small groups of militaries. It's so like it as i see it.
I love SH2 and this game really scratches that itch for me. I know they just redid SH1 so I’m hoping SH2 gets that treatment next. If firefly was smart anyways.
Not really my cup of tea as I am more into the actual fights than city building. But I can see that the game is amazing especially considering that it's only done by one man. Great job on the video man. It seems that you have covered everything important.
The way this looks, I hope as the game progresses, the dev will retain this version as an option, even as better versions are released. It seems this will be one to go back to time and again, even as it evolves beyond what it is at early access release.
One of my favourite City Builder games was Emperor Rise of the Middle Kingdom which also let you create military units but their utility was limited. This game seems like the Medieval version with the military side fleshed out. Very rarely I buy games on release or early access for that matter but I have faith in Slavic Magic and want him to succeed in the same way Valheim and Dwarf Fortress have. For that reason I will buy this game this Friday.
We need mod tools. Let the folks that modded CK3 and mount and blade get their hands on it. Personally I want a game of thrones mod that brings some of the character depth of CK3
i dont know if SlavicMagic is aware of how much this game will help people will mental depression as well, looks like it going to be so much to do in the game, with battles, building, hunting and stuff, for me atleast, its a game that gonna help alot mental shape due to just building stuff and watch it grow in the late evenings
In the game reviews done by some game experts or commercial scale gamester's this game the ManorLords they rated 5-6 and some did 7-8, I did seen there game play and it was shocked that no a lot of them did pay attention to the details the game was carrying, or to small special act's in the game like the wind and trees movement the noise of the blown grass, and so on. Most of the players wanted to end the game in a record time, see the "end game", a lot of complain was in to war aspect of the game, not bloody enough, the army was not 10 000 figure...this game as its creator did try to make as historically accurate to the bone, so from a village or as finish product of the game-the small 1300's town, were would an army of 10 000 units to fight come from, to play pew pew game get a Total War or something like it, this game is a city building game with a twist and mix of other small offers that got in to the game, I will rate it a solid 8, maybe 9.TH
Im really hoping this isnt going to be a case of a very expensive release aka £40/$€ and subsequently a huge ammount earned on release that dampens development. I hope this only goes to pay off any debt, reward the dev and increase production to get this game right up there as one of, if not the best in its genre(s)👏
dont think the battles are that small, most medieval battles were small skirmishes, and even the bigger battles like Hastings were likely 1000 vs 1000. Supposedly the largest population reached in a game was 4500 and that wouldn't realistically not be enough to support 1000 troops.
If anyone is thinking that this is a game where you can build castles (you know, the stone versions that towered over regions), think again. It's just a game about the "little guy" trying to start a village and defend his little piece of the countryside. No castles, just small villages. I asked for a refund.
Yes, players should be made aware of that. However, it's early days yet and this is an early access game. But I think this game will evolve into developing large medieval walled towns and castles which the player will be defending from attacks and sieges or undertaking their own. which is what "Stronghold" was about, Whilst most gameplay in Total War is precisely that, with few large scale field battles during campaigns on small scale maps.
Great review Terminator! Subscribed! I just released my own review on the game on my channel from the prospective of someone whose never played this type of genre! Feel free to check it out!

We just need MK1212 to be completed and we will have the ultimate trifecta of Medieval games. So excited for this game and KCD II
How did you not even mention the music tho!!!!!
What a beautiful review, pointing out the negatives and positives with a respectful and exciting manner. Thanks for the video i appreciate it!
If anyone's brutally obsessed with purely hardcore Medieval warfare and society I strongly recommend Schwerpunkt's videos series
Absolutely, the guy is basically a walking encyclopedia for the HRE and many other Medieval societies.
thank you sir, i will check that
Thanks for the recommendation!
Thanks for the recommend!

Will get this for sure. Wishing Slavic Magic the best of luck with the sales, it is well deserved.
I don’t understand why you only have 40 K subs you are better than so many other TH-camrs thank you for everything you’ve done keep up the good work

2 days to go! can't wait to sink myself in this!
Eh, I'm gonna wait until most of the bugs get ironed out and the game becomes a bit more fleshed out in terms of content.
hyped for this game
Good video Terminator. Your narration and writing were superb. I'd like to see you cover other strategy games that aren't TW.

I’m very excited, I’m buying it on day one, I just hope this game gets better and better through the years!
I can never survive the first raid. I can usually get about 30 archers and 20 spearmen before they arrive and then I get wiped out.
"Anyways, I Still Have 3 Challenges In COH2 Due To Do..."
Will be buying it Friday and playing it this weekend.
It releases on Friday and the weekend is rainy, perfect!

As a reward, I will make sure the original 5 families become Artisians for all of their hard-earned work.
I’m glad I’ve at least had the demo to keep me going this last week.
I enjoyed your review and found it informative - - thanks!

this game is already fun...its gonna be so awesome when completed
this game needs more work, I have played it it has bright future, but needs a lot of work to be done and polished
Is the music in this video from the game? Or is it something else?
From the game :)
@@TheTerminatorGaming is it publicly available yet? It’s amazing
@@TheTerminatorGaming nvm actually quick search pulled it up 👍👍
so is this like the game Banished? i thought this was more like mount and blade or something lol
How high is the learning curve for this game ? Ty heard it is rough

only one day! all i can see uis definitly worth the price
You know that barley and wheat basically look the same right haha @7:28
Imagine this game but with medieval 3 Total War and all the things that come with it
Imagine map like RTW and you can use all like Manor Lords😮😮😮
Excellent!

"Playing around with sheeps and chicken..."
I caught that too... 🤣
So the medieval strategy we deserve isn’t really here, but could be some time in the future…

Palworld 2.0

There were AT LEAST 15 hours of gameplay in the demo.
I'm guessing something around 50 hours now. It's ok.
It doesn’t beat total war yet !!! But it could If battles sizes are increased with more depth and realism in my opinion 😊
thats not gonna happen since its not the purpose of the game. Its not trying to compete with total war.
Isn’t it $20 on release and later on $30?

a good game. let us remind ourselves that its a different from TW.

Hope he makes the first-person view of the lord combat-capable eventually.
steam already has of people complaining about what the price will be
give me a sword to join my troops on the battlefield
Dumbest game ever. Refunded right away... over hyped, over price, and it's almost a demo nothing less and nothing more.
bellwright AI villages are much more fun to raid. although it is quite easy
I still hate for playing this before me. LOL
I never buy early access. I wait for them to launch the game. There are so many early access that never come to fruition.
I only hope fans will not be pushing it towards a copy of Total War....
And still creative assembly won't do a globewide medieval 3
Yah not even on xbox yet
I mean, it was basically made by one guy and combat isn't the focus of the game at all. More of a side fun thing
Stick to your opinion....
After total war and bannerlord betrays us kcd2 and manor lords restore our hope
Great review Terminator! Subscribed! I just released my own review on the game on my channel from the prospective of someone whose never played this type of genre! Feel free to check it out!
When one guy does it better than CA 🤢🤮
Looks good and all, but I dont see any black lesbians so 1-10.
Sounds Disappointing 😂 I Can't play this To Busy Playing TOTAL WAR😅
