Yeah in the grand scheme of "great albums", this album isn't even on the radar of most lists, yet I feel this album easily matches and even in many aspects dwarfs AJLP. While AJLP was often raw and beautiful in its emotionality, SFIJ was a massive work full of tons of different types of world music influences, and it was the ultimate marriage between her AJLP rock influences and dance pop influences. It was a GREAT hybrid album full of great music moments ... there isn't a single bad song on this whole album. Massive bangers on this album like "Sympathetic Character", "Joining You", "Thank U", "Baba" ... even the last two tracks on the album just have such a feel to them. Absolutely MONUMENTALLY and CRIMINALLY underrated album.

Incredible voice. Incredible gut wrenching lyrics. At one point, I had to stop listening to her. Kudos to everyone still being fans of her. Decades later, I'm just hoping she'd soften a bit, and that she found some peace. Somewhere.

This is MAGNIFICENT. SFIJ is her magnum opus IMHO. Just unreal. I have recently been rediscovering this album and it is such an amazing piece of work.
