2024 is nearly upon us, and most yacht brokers are taking the opportunity to re-
charge their batteries and to make a plan for the New Year.
Hitting the ground running is a great advantage in any business, and that is especially
so when you are dealing with the super-rich. An increasing number of UHNWIs see
their yacht as the perfect venue to work from, with their family and loved ones around
them but at the same time with a good wifi connection and a peaceful office space.
I had the pleasure of witnessing this lifestyle a few months ago when I filmed a 40 me-
ter Benetti Oasis in Sardegna with the owner on board. Matty Zadnikar owns a won-
derful business in the yachting industry, but when he worked in his previous business
he found that the work/life balance offered by a superyacht was second to none. You

As I travel to major yachting destinations throughout the year I am often amazed at
how many people are seeing the attraction of owning a yacht. Builders are not short of
orders, the demand for crew is not slowing down at all, and the number of new million-
aires and billionaires every year is astonishing.
The question is, what are YOU going to do in order to be a part of this wonderful indus-
try?
Many subscribers to this newsletter are hesitant to join such an exciting business be-
cause they simply don’t know where to start.
With that in mind, I shall be hosting a webinar to present the topic of “Breaking in to
Yacht Brokerage”.
How can you put yourself in a position to become a yacht broker?

What valuable connections should you make to further your career?
These are just three topics that I shall be talking about, and nothing would make me
happier than seeing you attend and answering any questions that you may have.
