I have a Storm 150 track. Put 230 i grip studs in it. With the 1.5 and 1.25 on the edges, it didn't feel stable on icy surfaces. Seemed to settle it down. Noticed more on long sweepers at speed.

I have a 1" track on my 2007 Polaris 550. I ride it 100% off trail in mountain snow. I'm tired of getting stuck. Am I correct in assuming a 2" track would improve performance?

I put a 1 1/4 studded(mild center) camo on my CFR 1000 and now I can ride it like my F7. Gets up and planes out in powder almost as good. Great when blasting out of a corner in the trails too. Alot less power drifting

ha what a waste, changing a 1.25 to a 1.352, i have ridden both on the same sled, i notice almost no difference, he should have put a 1.5 lug on, i love the 1.5, great on trail and it will keep you going off trail. I have buddy who has a 2007 switchback with a 1.5 lug track thats 144, he takes it to the mountains 3 times a year.
