looks cute. I have made tulle skirts before and have used ALOT..I feel like over 10 yards. I would either use elastic or a type of cording and tie on all the strips, until you are packed tight and out of space for however much fullness you want. You can still use it w/a corset. The benefit of doing it in two pieces is that you can mix and match costumes and ideas.:)

yeah, I will definitely get more for the next skirt. I think next time I'll try a ribbon on the elastic to sort of make a wrap-type deal. :) Thanks for your comment!
