Would you include cleaning the dust filter and radiator fins as part of a normal service ?
We normally clean those out on a weekly basis.
I've got a video showing us doing that out in the field but I will do more of an in depth one towards the end of the season.

Very informative video Jimmy!
Used my Ransomes 3 for the first time this season & after an hour or so running it started to splutter & kick out smoke! When I stopped it would increase revs again but each time I moved forward/ engaged into cut it would splutter again. I’m assuming the problem is last seasons Diesel in the tank & possibly fuel filter- would you agree ?

Certainly sounds like fuel starvation, change both fuel filters and see how it runs.
95% of times this will cure the problem.

@@jonathanshort1910 The mesh on the fuel pickup is very fine and clogs easily. It is easy to get at and best to blow it off with an airline. One to watch for and certainly should be added to an annual service.

Do you do the hydraulic filter as well?
Yes, hydraulic filter and oil.
That will be in a later video because it is specific to the mower and not the engine.

Where are filters EAN codes?
5liter or 6.5 litre of the engine oil need to order for so small engine?
6.5 litres of oil.
Not sure of the EAN numbers for the filters but I will make a video 👍
