Hi Jessica. I suggest that you take pictures of the “areas” inside your unit with problem/s. They might charge you for damage later. Further, did they explain about meralco bills, water consumption, association dues - where and when you will pay them? Have you check if it easy to get a taxi from that place? Take care always! 🤗
Jessica is a master of vlog conceptualization, she has the clever ability to make typical events and things be substantial, catchy and interesting. *gujab.*
Sana comfortable ka ngayon jan sa new condo mo dito sa pinas Jess..,, sana wala na maingay na sports car and ambulance. Hehehhe. Looking forward to your House / Room tour . Stay safe and Healthy always .fighting Jess!!
I admire you for being such an independent and strong woman, Jessica. Being independent @ the young age was a challenge and step to grow more and become a better person . I salute you Jessica Lee!!.
I can totally relate with loving to live alone!! I used to live in a dorm for school, but covid happened and i had to go back home. It wasn't that i didnt like my family, but I found myself really missing living at my own pace and taking care of myself only. Cheers to the new place! I hope to live alone at such a young age as well
miss jessica: remember to always have the keys with you whenever you go out (from your place.) try to make it a habit. and yes the essentials, garbage bags and other stuff... those grocery items too. 😅 i understand the hassles of moving in.
Living alone at such a young age is a GOAL!! Really love this genre of vlogs. : ) Also I'm wondering about all the expenses 'cause I know it'll be pricey , PH you know? Haha We need another qna we got a lot of questions to ask!!!
OMG! You have no idea how much I have been waiting for this 'moving in the Philippines' vlog to be uploaded, and now it's finally here. I know being independent for the first time is extremely tough as you are carrying a big responsibility that lies on your shoulder, but you only feel it in the beginning. You will get used to it as time passes by and I am pretty sure it's going to be addicting living alone. I'm so happy for you.
You've made another great decision Jessica. Living alone is really hard so you are really brave for doing that .I'm so happy and proud of you. I hope you are doing great . Fighting Jessica!!
It's a common reason actually. The normal thing in PH. Many Filipinos live in the countryside but work in cities. Then they end up renting near to their workplace to avoid heavy traffic.
Jessica is really an independent woman seeing her travel, move and live to a somehow new environment, and here I am older than her, but still scared of eating at a restaurant alone😅😅😅, anyways Stay safe always Jessica 💕💕💕
Congrats Jessica, can't wait to see your own condo tour and your interior decors, maybe also a good vlog content about choosing the recommended decors or furnitures for a condo or house. I went to Korea several years ago and I admire the minimalistic interior design of the house I visited.
I’ve lived in Manila away from my family for university and I can say you would really enjoy your time alone! I hope you enjoy your new house and experience Manila’s noise and fun! 💗 (also the door-picking was so sketchy I hope they have another way of opening rooms)
Definitely not a silly reason when half your day is spent in traffic going back and forth. I think you definitely made a great decision. Cannot wait for what the future holds for you in Manila!
I think Jessica having a "love team" will take her follower count to greater heights and up her celebrity status to a whole another level. Filipinos are obsessed with shipping people together and seeing a reality-based love story unfold in front of their eyes. I sure hope she dates a pinoy and vlog her experiences and learnings there. That's a very rare sight.
The building should have had a spare key for emergency purpose. What the man did was pretty shady - makes you think how easy the door can be unlocked by anyone. And the 1k fee was too much as well.
I lived in BGC for a year and a half when lockdown first started. Beautiful city, everything is just walking distance. Have fun on your new place Jessica!
Congrats Jessica. Moving in is a stressful event. This is where you have a pizza party get together, in actuality getting your friends to help you move. Something I learned in NYC.
Hi Jessica, just a friendly reminder to always bring your keys every time you go out and please keep safe always double lock the door when you're inside and always bring a self defense kit with you. By the way, congratulations on moving here in the Philippines. And beware of scammers everywhere, fighting.
Hi Jessica, When you upload the tour of this apartment, can you also include the difference in the cost between your apartment in Korea and this new apartment in Metro Manila. I'm just curious how much the difference is. Thank yoy
Hello miss Jessica always remember to bring 3 things when ever you go out first your key, phone and wallet you living alone just take care of yourself always and enjoy your life living in the Phillippines,God bless you.
Just to make sure, please consider installing wifi cctv cameras that can be monitored and controlled from your phone. I saw one at just 1900 php each camera. A motion detection alarm would also be great. Cheapest is at 400php in shopee. The fact that you have to pay 1000 pesos just to lockpick your door is quite suspicious. Shows what values they have in there. Please take care of yourself Jessica. 🙂
I wish you all the best in Manila. I lived there briefly before moving to Camiguin Island. I couldn't take the traffic, pollution, cockroaches, electric and water disruptions, and poor air quality. Down on the island I have fresh air, no traffic, fresh seafood and a great market offering fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a little isolated, but I fall asleep every night to the sound of crickets and ocean waves instead of car alarms and motorcycles missing their mufflers.
Yes, Jessica i'm really enjoying watching your vlogs everyday you know why? Because you are so beautiful that is the only reason and your love of the Philippines. And Because you love the Philippines, we love you too Jessica. May God continue bless you and fulfill your dreams.
😂 Locking yourself out happens alot. Living in Metro Manila looks awesome. Lots of options for entertainment. Nice that you have a home outside of Manila to chill.
Really enjoyable indeed watching you here in YT and it's really inspiring coz another beauty adds up to many beautiful girls here in the Philippines.Me as a pure filipino, racism is nothing to do with me as long as we're human in nature.Enjoy life as it is so short and get the most out of it. We only live once because once is the only way to live.Go Jessica you have nothing to loose. And keep pretty.
Seems like moving from Korea to Philippines is a big step down in life, I have only been thru Korea a few times and only the airport, the country seems very modern, Philippines is very 3rd world.
Make sure everything is turn off before living your house since you are alone living because when you are so tired and no one is reminding you about many things sometimes the tendency is so many things you forgot to turn off like the lights aircon.elec.fan.charger.gas tank...etc.
Jessica thanks for showing the experience of commuting for foreigners. I have an interesting proposition for you to vlog: RIDING THE FERRY TO QUIAPO, BINONDO & INTRAMUROS. No one as widely followed like you has vlogged about it. Your vlogging the Pasig ferry should also inform commuters about an easier way to commute without the traffic and whats best about it id it is FREE. God bless
I hope I can see sylvia, moy and you in one frame again huhu. Stay happy and healthy Jessica, always here to support you. Always remember that ypu are enough and loved ❤️ xoxo
I have been binge-watching your vlogs. They're so enjoyable! There's something I noticed though. Having studied at La Salle, you have the ways of the upper class kids. You'd be happy, comfortable, 'feel at home' with them. They are your peers.
Hi Jessica! I'd suggest taking pictures of all the imperfections (dents, stains) for when you move out in the future. In case they may charge you for damages in the condo
Tip if you have a different charging adapter going abroad or anywhere. You can check the TV or the router/modem if it has a USB port you can charge it there. I did this when I was in Jeju because my charger was a bit huge and doesn't fit the interior of the plug in the hotel so I charged my devices on the TV and on the router.
I wanna know more about you living alone Ate Jessica, I know someone that is korean na wants to go back to South Korea, because her family wasn't here in Philippines. Is it really hard being alone on your own house specially if she/he is not a filipino citizen? Huhu
Hi miss Jessica.. Hope you'll enjoy staying in the philippines.. Happy to see you living in our country and may all the people surrounds you, let you feel very welcome..lovelots💗💗💗

My Aunt given me her one bedroom unit in Eastwood. I tried to live there I lasted for about a 20 months. I missing our house the people that I normally encounter on my every day life. I go back to Binangonan 😂. Living alone is boring. Though good thing I do not have to spend more time to travel to go to work. And there is lot of amenities living in condo. Like pool gym. Etc. But for me hometown Binangonan Rizal it's still the best place for me hehe
I will wait for your new vlogs ate jessica, your vlog is beautiful and you are amazing, and I admire you for being so independent especially at your age❤️, I will support you forever ate Jessica. ❤️❤️

Wanting to spend less time in traffic is actually one of the top reasons why most people move to Metro Manila if they are able to. It doesn't sound silly at all. It's also true for most Filipinos.
If you know anybody else that need a full furnished condo. I own a condo at Azure North Pampanga 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. 65k. Total Area 133.65sqm Interior 70.82; Balcony 62.83sqm.
Hello Jessica. I enjoyed every contents that you make. Living alone is hard, you can watch Kuya Fern's Cooking in TH-cam for more Filipino ulam that you wanted to try to cook.
While the condo viewings were hurried, I do appreciate the comments that reveal what people look for in a home. Since you're a creator, you can live anywhere. Why choose the city? Or in particular, which city is great for creators?

I hope you enjoy your new place. I hope you bought at BGC or McKinley Hills. The locksmith was picking the lock. That's a U.S. style outlet. You could buy and adapter from SM. We bought our furniture for our condo from Mandaue Foam.
You can actually easily get an Adapter for your charger. It cost around 30 to 50 pesos. At any hardware stores or hardware section of groceries or malls...

it's quite bothering how kuya can easily pick the locks of the door. stay safe there Jessica
I was shocked that it cost 1k to pick the lock on the door idk how renting works anyways
It’s his job. Condos have personnel who are assigned to do that. And it’s really 1000 for other condos as well.
