As far as I know, ATM options have the highest rate of theta decay, which drops as options move either OTM or ITM. So, how would options that have strike prices within one standard deviation have decay less than those with strikes near 2 or 3 SD. I'm not sure if that's what you said. Am I missing something here? Please clarify, sir.
Dear Jegan, Thanks for the super Explanation. You are a genius. What about the adjustments in case market makes a violent move on either side. The ratio spread is not completely hedged!!
Excellent presentation. What will be the implication if we hold underlying, write covered call and also use ratio spread on same instrument. It will be capital intensive but I am unable to calculate profitability.
Need more explanation. This is like just giving information and not like teaching/explaining. Example by showing the payoff chart etc. This video is no good for beginners. Only people who know the ratio spread will understand.
