I think best scorp civs based on my knowledge is khmer(double shot) or elephant ballistas which are tanky and faster than the scorps + celts fast shooting scorps + mongols ferrarri scorps
Scorpion buff also means, cav archer meta is getting nerf. İ wonder cav archer and mangonel play is viable or is it to expensive? Or mangonel to slow the keep up with cav archers mobility?

It did say heavy in brackets. We all felt it meant heavy scorps. But i think they meant its not only scorps but also heavy scorps.
