Trading isn't easy so please don't give up wherever you are. Trading takes time(months, even years) to master, even the pros learn everyday. Never the less, if you lose money no matter which side you take, maybe you need to look at how you are managing active trades rather than how you are entering them. My advice, find a mentor . you'll thank me later .
You're correct, I don't lose money every single trade, but my main problem is trying to let my runners run. Very rarely do I catch big moves . Instead they go a few pips in my direction, then go against me if when I try holding them. Also my entries could use a lot of improvement. A mentor would be amazing, but getting one is easier said than done. If it's not too much to ask, do you know any legit ones?
@@britneymoore7851 I know of one man though, he is not a mentor per-se, but he is freakishly good at trading. From what I've gathered he used to work for a proprietary firm till he retired. Met him at one of those conferences, got to know him and we exchanged numbers. Since he helped me, I've been making about $1000 bi-weekly. What I'm trying to say is the 5% of traders in the world that are consistently profitable are not on TH-cam, they are just random/low key people no one even expects . His name was Edward Brian by the way.

Selling unhedged naked options is like playing with fire especially put options. One black swan event and a huge gap down can wipe one out completely (with all assets) just like the hedge funds in the GAMESTOP saga even though it was managed by professionals. You simply do not get a chance to cover your position since there are no buyers on the other side. People are not aware of this possibility. Face to face with Pran clearly indicates that one has to be a professional else it is better to participate as a long term investor. Most of the new born retail investors who have made money in last one year wont take it home, thats for sure.

So, 70-80 positions is like approx. 1.5 crore in margin and he is not using more than 50% of the margin. Means approx. 3 crore per account as capital, multiply by 8 accounts is like approx. 25 crores capital. Hopefully i will get there someday too :D !

It is true that with 3lakhs, the chances are slim to trade for a living. But 1Cr is a complete joke. I know people who started relatively small and made it big. If you plan to generate just 20 percent a year after putting in all the screen time and hard work, it is wiser to dump it in FD and mutual funds without having to bother about it.😑
