Brad Hawkins played Ryan Steele in VR Troopers. According to both Hawkins and Jason David Frank, who played Tommy Oliver, the Green (then White) Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Hawkins was to replace Frank originally as the White Ranger on Power Rangers, while Frank was supposed to be the lead character Adam Steele in VR Troopers (originally called "Cybertron") and even shot a pilot episode. However, due to Frank's popularity with Ranger fans, he was brought back as the White Ranger again, while Brad Hawkins took the lead role on VR Troopers. His original role as a White Ranger was referenced in the gag dub of VR Troopers. Although he would not have a role in Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, he would later provide the morphed voice of Trey of Triforia, the first Gold Zeo Ranger in Power Rangers Zeo.

The dimensions in danger episode from season 2 of ninja steel is on Netflix but it doesn't have the full fight with Tommy. The full fight is on TH-cam as far as I know. Also there is a 5episode arc in Beast Morphers season 2 episodes 11 - 15 and last but most certainly not least, there is season 1 episode 14 of dino fury titled old foes
You know they did switch somebody to be the next power rangers because I heard that austin st john, thuy Trang (may she rest in peace)and Walter e Jones (3 original yellow, black and red ranger)quit because they didn't like how much money they were getting paid and david Yost (you may know him as billy cranston blue ranger) also left the show as well because he said in the interview that some crew members were homophoic because david was gay that what he quit the show (I don't blame him)

This was the final episode where we see all of the OG rangers fight the putties unmorphed.
You can notice they're already phasing them out as their fighting voices were different people. Was really sad to see them go
A really good episode as well is the episode where the rangers meet the Psychorangers
