Hi, this is one of my favourite things of theirs. Sooooo good! Everyone of them sound amazing, like you said, just their vocals stripped back and raw - we are so lucky to have them.
The live band versions are always a different vibe from the originals, even the ones that are originally slow. But it's still SO good. And these early songs, performed later in their careers, you really get to hear how their voices have developed over the years. No More Dream was always very rough and hard with the rap and vocals, which I love,, and here they put on a but of that, but you can tell that they're not trying as hard as before. When they debuted, they worked so hard for that hard, cool image and they let their vocals reflect that. But they seem so much more comfortable here. And Just One Day and I Like It really showed how stable their voices have become. For every single one of them, you can clearly hear how they came into their own voices and styles over the years. This performance is truly a masterpiece to show their growth as artists. I'm always blown away every time I come back to it. Every time each one comes out it's always "Wow, RM" and "Yes, Jin" and "Get it, Suga" and "Go, Hobi" and "Damn, Jimin" and "God, V" and "Aw Hell, JK". Those are honestly the only thoughts that run through my head for this performance. It's truly and completely mesmerizing. I could just play it on repeat and sit with my eyes closed just listening to the pure, crystal clear sound of their voices forever and never tire of it. God, those vocals. It's just, wow.
