Also I’ve seen on the pre order site that there are Pirate flags for famous Pirates. Which of the current existing model ships go with those flags???
Those flags were designed for 28mm figures but could be reduced in size for the ships. I have not tried that yet!
So I think I have 3 questions. Is this now an official game to be released later this year 2021? What date later this year is it to be released? and lastly, is the game called “Ark Royal” or “Mad for War”?
The rules are already released in a short form: www.leagueofaugsburg.com/shop/product-1003.html and a full hardback book will be released asap. It is still being worked upon. The game is MAD FOR WAR. The miniatures range is Ark Royal Miniatures.
@@leagueofaugsburg9036 can I use 1/1200 scale ships with 1/700 scale ships or are the 1/1200 scale ships to small for that?
They look absolutely great! Now to decide which set to buy first... :) By the way, what exactly do you mean by "block painted"? I'm not familiar with the term.
TvT thanks! Block painting just means paint the full area in one tone, basicially, paint the deck - Tan, the hull Brown, the sails, Khaki etc - no shading at this stage.
