he has a 40% ap on-hit passive so you might be right. I think a mix of AP and on-hit would work best though. maybe Sorc, Nashors, Gunblade, Wits, Rabadons, Ryalis or something like that
old mord ult is cool and all but y'all have to remember or mord has more bugs in the game because of his R it just breaks the game because riot has to go and add a ghost for his R for every champ and some times it kills the game for the players that played for a long time do y'all remember when mord R would crash the game it's not really fun for players and riot to have a camp that kills the game each time they add new champs. most of the time when you play mord you are looking to one shot someone with his R and uses the ghost or dragon that's not really mord hard to be a Big 7 foot tall guy running into a fight 1 v 9 and getting one shot because all you do is sit there and hope someone doesn't kite the hell out of you so you can kill them for ghost. I will take 9 foot tall ( his 9 feet now ) monster taking people out the fight so you can destroy them and take stats so you can kill their team than a 7-foot guy that needs to have a ghost to be useful.
I have 5 million mastery on Mordekaiser. I was the world's first and longest playing Morde OTP. I absolutely despise the Morde rework. Look up the "Morde Diss Track" on TH-cam.
@shadetail his old ult was broken as hell, this version is superior and fits his theme way more than the awkward metal themed morde who didn't even have a set lane to play in
@@Tanyositlopai I agree his old ult, outside of the spirit, didn’t match any of his 3 previous kits. I’ve come to like the new Morde as a completely different type of champ, but I think the game overall feels a lot worse without 2015 Morde there.
I've lost so many mains to reworks, I've quit the game because of that, I don't like any of the champions anymore, nothing is fun, for at any moment you'll get attached riot will look at it and it'll be gone
same. I keep playing because I like the replacement versions and some of the newer champs (like sylas and kayn) but I still miss the old champs a lot (especially urgot)
Someone’s a little mellow dramatic, Riot’s most recent attempts at reworks have been amazing, the two worst reworks we’re probably Urgot and Aatrox, but that’s simply because they don’t have as much in common with their old versions, but their still fun to play. And riot getting rid of the things from old league? Cmon, this rework itself proves riot cares about those parts of league. They even said they tried hard to keep the ghost ult in, but in the end it doesn’t fit with what Morde should be. So, in summary, sounds like a you problem
@@jamesscott7215 1 Year later nice Viktor Rework is one i think is successful, I remember reading the Developer's notes on him Researching playing Yellow Augment Viktor Top and Red Augment Viktor Mid and then went to make a rework providing th best of both worlds, then look at urgot, none of his old abilities have been translated over, which i find to be a failure, as an old urgot main I wish that we'd have the same treatment, someone who cares about the champion and their playerbase instead of someone who will just say, what would be cooler and middlefinger the people that mained the champion beforehand
