@@deannachance2118 I can’t answer for sure because we didn’t have the strider base. My husband was really focused on the intent of each bike stage so we kept things as simple as possible. We started with something like this amzn.to/3A8HkcF. That way our kids got used to the “scooting” along portion and then got them onto the strider to work on balance when they were ready. He was always concerned that they would get too comfortable using the strider for something other than as a riding balance bike. Honestly, I thought he was crazy but it definitely worked.
