- 〈Ingredients〉
Chicken fillet
Scallops
Salmon flakes
Whitebait
Cheese
Komatsuna
Shimeji mushrooms
Pine nuts
Goji berries
Black rice
Ginger powder
Green onions
〈Other seasonings, etc.〉
Salt
Pepper
Chicken stock powder
Bouillon
[Day 1] Shirasu and pine nut porridge
Put rice (1 light bowl) in 250ml of water.
Heat the rice until it is soft, then add the shirasu, pine nuts, and komatsuna.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
[Day 2] Chicken breast and black rice porridge
Put the thawed chicken breast in 300ml of water and heat it.
When it boils, skim off the scum and boil until cooked through.
When it is cooked through, remove it.
If the amount of water has decreased, add more water to make it 250ml.
Add 2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder.
Add the rice cooked with the black rice.
Put the shredded chicken breast in the pot.
Add goji berries and pine nuts.
[Day 3] Salmon and pine nut porridge
Put rice in 250ml of water and heat, then add pine nuts.
Add salmon flakes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and spring onions, bring to a boil and it's done.
[Day 4] Chicken cheese risotto
Boil thawed chicken breast in 200ml of water.
Remove when cooked through.
If the amount of water has reduced, add more water until it is 150ml.
Add 1 teaspoon of bouillon.
Once the bouillon has dissolved, add 150ml of milk.
Add rice and shredded chicken breast. Add shimeji mushrooms.
Heat while stirring to prevent burning.
Add 8g of butter and 3 tablespoons of cheese and heat until melted.
Sprinkle pepper and it's done.
[Day 5] Scallop and Komatsuna Porridge
Boil thawed baby scallops in 250ml of water.
When cooked, remove from the pot.
Add rice, 2 teaspoons of chicken stock and ½ teaspoon of ginger powder, and heat. Add komatsuna.
Top with boiled scallops and it's done.
