Carlos' father passed away about a year ago or so. Very nice of him to do that. He is a humble dude.

Come from that era myself. People didn't always skate switch flawlessly. Maybe Salman Agah was the exception, but even then, it was nowhere near to the level that Carlos does.

met carlos at sls munich in 2017. he was one of only 2 or 3 other sls pros that took pictures with the fans after the event. this just shows how great this skateboarder is! such a polite and good dude! he even talked with us like we were friends since ever....

Not ashamed to say, that beauty of a bs noseblunt made my eyes water. From knowing it was for his pops, to the stoke on the lil kids faces when he said hi, to pauls deep appreciation. That moment perfectly sums up everything skateboarding can be.
