hello, there is a question i have always wanted to ask, the rubber bit at the top of a washing machine door seal, what is it for?

if you mean the triangle shaped thing, that is a load deflector. keeps the clothes from rubbing on the door seal during spin.

Do you think this problem can be solved by using a powerful pump? Do you need other things?

Can be solved by dissolving all detergent properly and not spinning up to fast
