Hmmmm it’s very situational. You have to manage the EV to + or - a stop or two depending how close to subject and inside or outside. Generally it’s great though
Tough call… black is more discrete and looks nice when worn. Silver looks striking and will still look new years down the road. Like you, I’m torn about which one I’d buy. Choices choices…

To be honest, although I already owned a silver M6, I found a very good deal on a black M6 and bought that too with the intension to sell my silver M6. Now I have both of them infront of me, I can't decide and have the stupid idea to keep both ... :D (luckily I paid for both about the price of 1,5x M6 used, so it was a good deal :D) Are both these M6 also yours or did you borrow one for the purpose of this video?
I got the silver TTL, it's classic. But I was looking for a black one usually. There is no bad choices. The black one will be more discreet. Leica said there is not going to be another silver M6, which is going to increased the price of the silver maybe. I also have the M9 in silver, which is my favorite.
Very good point. We say see that creep up over the next few years. As long as those film prices don’t keep rising. It’s on the edge now of not being able to play the game as we are all being priced out of it! Thanks as well for dropping a comment. Means a lot. J

Honestly? I prefer both, which is why I have a black M6 and a silver MP. If I had to stick with one... perhaps I would choose the silver finish because it feels more classic to me and accentuates the camera's lines. A Leica M6 is beautiful in any of its combinations.
