THANK YOU!!! I've been looking for things I need to order for a new freshman moving in this fall, and your video was by far the most helpful thing I've watched! Thank you for every detail... I was able to see the space clearly, which is not available anywhere!!
I can't even imagine. We had nothing even close to this back when I went. Shared bathrooms for the ENTIRE hall, no fridge or microwaves, pine boxy furniture, and much smaller rooms. I still miss LU, but it's nowhere near the same school I graduated from 😭
Hey Faith! Correct, NONE of the videos have all the details YOU have in this video, which explains all the views!! My daughter will be moving into Commons 1, and we're trying to figure out where the Keurig will go. ** Is there an electrical outlet behind your cubby shelf as you enter your room? Wondering if a coffee maker could go there? You and Faith must not be coffee drinkers!! ;) ** Also, Where do you store your brown chair if you bring one? and, one last one, you may not know the answer to this but I'm curious, do you know what rooms in Commons 1 have the little pushed out section making the room a little larger than the other rooms? I've heard there is a section of rooms mid way down the hall with an extended wall that gives an extra foot or so. (maybe she can shove a coffee maker in that space! LOL) Do you know what room numbers those rooms would be on the floor? Maybe on each side (parking lot side, and the Vines side? Ugggh, so many questions!!! SO APPRECIATE YOUR time!!! Happy New Year!!!
I’m so glad I could help! My roommate put her chair under her bed! A few of my friends put their keurig on the second level of their desk or on top of the microwave! A few even bought a table for the entrance. There is an electrical outlet by the cubby shelf I’m 75% sure!! There is a ton of room for extension cords as well!
I will ask one of my friends about the room numbers for the larger handicapped rooms, I have a friend who lives in one. I honestly loved facing the parking lot and my friends on the vines side loved that side as well. They lowered the roof for the vines side so that helps more light come into the rooms facing vines!
This is so cute! I’m probably going to be transferring to Liberty in the spring because I am not having it with my current school 😒 but I am scared I’ll get a bad roommate 😅
@@faithwest5310 haha I posted this a month ago and I actually have decided to transfer there for sure!! I’ll be there in the spring and I’m super excited!! I also found a roommate!!
ok hi queen this is so random but while you were panning to the left side of your room where there is storage I saw these precious new balance shoes. I was wondering what type were they because I need them hehe

Hi! Yes, commons is the only buildings that have showers in your dorms. If you go to East Campus, it’s more apartment style, they have bathrooms in each room. Liberty has 3D models of each dorms that are super helpful :)
I am going to liberty in the fall and this definitely helped me with what dorm I want to live in and what I will need for college. I was wondering also how much is the hotel style dorm or commons 1 for the semester or year?
commons is the most expensive. $4k a semester. the quads and east are a little cheaper and apartment style. you still have your own bathroom but you also have a kitchen&living room. you share it with a handful of other girls

The extended wall is great room for a little table for coffee! Even in the regular, non handicapped rooms!
Any room that ends with 20 shouldddd be a handicap or bigger room! So if it’s floor three it would be 320!
The even numbered rooms face the freedom tower and all of campus while the odd rooms face the parking lot!
