Kudos for dropping the acquisition segment. Event though I love discovering new yarns and dyers and understand supporting small business, the sheer consumerism makes me feel icky. We turned ourselves into human billboards (with the best intentions re supporting small businesses yet still). Anyways love hearing from you, your podcast brings me much joy, thanks ❤
Great to catch up with you and your makes Mia! Those golds you're knitting with are so luscious! Beautiful colorwork socks! Great insight on how the ways people knit and hold their needles can affect how one might knit on small circulars. Wishing you as smooth of a move as a move can be. Take care and talk soon friend! ~Stephanie
Thanks Stephanie! I’m definitely still in my fall gold era as winter sinks her teeth into us. And somehow the knitting on small circulars has finally stuck and it’s enjoyable for me now. So many more possibilities in the future! ❤️
Yes please talk about how you’re going about using up your yarn! I’m doing the same this year. I’ve been feeling bad about buying yarn when I have plenty. So, this year I would love to see how long it takes for me to use up the majority my stash.
Your ABC's blanket is adorable! I love using DPNs also, but I recently switched to small circumference needles, and I love them. I use the Chiaogoo Shorties.
Happy new year! I respect your decision regarding the changes to the podcast however I will miss the acquisitions portion. I have pretty much a zero yarn budget this year and I love living vicariously through others acquisitions 😂 Would you consider doing an acquisitions only video every once in a while for those who do want to watch? If not, no worries. Happy making!
Well since I won’t be buying yarn, I can’t really share what I’m not buying. I’m sure that many of my lovely friends that show their acquisitions can help bring you inspiration in that regard. Happy to point you in their direction.
I too wanted to make a swatch bag after seeing Marlene’s and now I DEFINITELY want to make one after seeing yours. It turned out so awesome!
Thanks Ahna! I definitely see a few more in my future. 💛
The Citrine is gorgeous! The color is perfect. 😍

Blessings and crochet 🧶 knitting
Honestly overwhelmed (in the best way) by the beauty and thoughtfulness of your projects 💛
Thanks for spending some time with my Hannah! 🥰
Wishing you a smooth and easy move . I’m excited to hear about Aimee’s new project
I am a DPN lover also. I find them so relaxing.
An awesome podcast❤❤❤

Omg this swatch bag 😍
Love your version of the swatch bag, Mia! 🧡
Thanks Marlene! It’s such a great way to incorporate those swatches into something useful that holds memories. I absolutely love the idea. 🥰

Really like the stash feature, especially since I am trying to knit/crochet/weave from my stash first.
That yellow yarn from Sonder is gorgeous. Putting it on my mental wishlist.
Good job on your net stash reduction for the 2023! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us this year!
Thanks Kendra! You were such an inspiration this year. Thanks for all of the motivation! ❤️
First episode of 2024 in the books!🎉 thanks for sharing your thoughts on the gauge of the einband/mohair vs. sock/mohair combos. Super helpful!
Thanks Hailey! I’m thinking I might do a little gauge study episode as part of my stash-down series. 🤔
❤🌈
