Apart from Yaya, Eto and Mandzukic none of the others really went on to do anything. Yaya wouldn't have fitted in at Barca, and Zlatan+Lewandowski (the replacements) were better technical players.
Although the Eto transfer has to go down as one of the worst of all time
Toure was hands down one of the best midfielders in Europe when he left Barca. He also ditched Zlatan.

Chygrynskyi was actually sold by the Barcelona board against Pep's wishes, he wanted to give him one more season to adapt. This, alongside other things, was what made Pep hate that board and leave Barcelona.

To be fair: Pep was really angry at Bayern for selling Kroos.
Kroos wanted to earn as much as the new top earner in Munich, the new transfer Mario Götze, but was told that they wouldn't pay everyone that much money. Due to the fact that Kroos only had 1 year contract left they sold him, because he would have left for a free the next season.
But hey, at least Bayern still has Mario Götze....
