    Smh it never ceases to amaze me the thought process of these people. Melanated people are amazing. Look how much they tried to do to stop our greatness. Even with all the hatred we received still continue to shine bright 👁️🖤💪🏿

    I just think that different cultures prioritise different things (which obviously has a variety of good/bad outcomes). My friend went to St.Lucia to teach philosophy at a secondary school. He returned after many months saying “It was pointless. They didn’t have a clue about what he was talking about”. Perhaps they don’t concentrate on examining philosophical problems. That’s okay...up to a point.
    What’s something that I dislike like about European culture?That they clap on the 1 & 3. 😂 I’m sure that has a set of downstream problems (apart from it being annoying).
    My experience in life is that some cultures are too ‘heady’ whilst other are too ‘bodied’. I came from a ‘bodied’ culture where I relied (too) heavily on subjective feelings. I later had to learn to be more objective and critical. That balanced me out. Individuals (despite whichever culture has shaped us) must learn to hold and integrate both.

    These are very confusing times&challenges, especially for traditional conservative men.
    The frustration lyes in that the solution to many people’s problems are relatively simple.

    2:10 it is very silly to compare conversations with people in their natural environment to those taken out of their environment violently and experience of surviving the trauma of the trip from one continent to another...shows how depraved and egoistic some people can be when circumstances give them a edge over others. Were these not descendants of those who were once called savages by the Roman empire.

    People want to say they not “Black” but never asked why we were called “Negroes” in the first place:
    “Yahia Ben Rabbi (c.1145 - 1222) (pronounced YAH-hee-yah), also known as Yahia the Negro, was a Portuguese nobleman. He was reputed to be a direct descendant of the Hebrew exilarchs of ancient Babylonia (Iraq) that claimed direct descent from the Biblical King David[1] and was the eponymous progenitor of the Ibn Yahya family”

      It's not that "black" was not used before. We all know it was. It just wasn't used the way the English settlers used it, "to fix a perpetual brand..." Check out the earlier videos.

      @@feetindagrass there’s a difference between Anglo-Saxons using “black” and the Portuguese/Spanish using the word “negro” but they both have something in common… the people who were forced to have those labels both as a caste and as a invented race

    • @Shangjinko
      @Shangjinko 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@feetindagrass that’s my issue with the TH-camr’s earlier videos, he fails to address or intentionally skips past the reason how and why Anglo-Saxon elites adopted the label 🏷️ “black” to identify slaves. The TH-camr will not educate you all on it so I will… :
      The Spanish and Portuguese by the power of the Catholic Church made it illegal for Sephardic Jews to maintain their identity, therefore they renamed them “ladinos, Lancados, marranos, NEGROES, New Christians, etc”… then these Negroes were exiled into North and West Africa in hostile Islamic controlled territories such as the region of the Songhai Empire, Cape Verde, São Tomé, Benin(Dahomey), Loango(Angola) ETC… :
      The Negroes (Sephardic Jews) were initially used as middle men for Spain and Portugal to the other racially Ethiopian “African” aka Black peoples in North and West Africa HOWEVER these Negroes(Jews) decided to break away from Spain and Portugal which caused the king of Spain and Portugal to demand these Negroes return from Africa or face PERPETUAL SLAVERY. These Negroes would not obey and Spain/Portugal with the backing of the Catholic Church ⛪️ hunted down these Negroes which kicked off the Transatlantic Slave Trade…
      The Spanish and Portuguese had a monopoly on slavery, and were the only Europeans within the Roman Empire allowed to enslave the Negroes (Jews) and other Infidels/Heathens/uncivilized peoples aka non-Christians. Eventually other European countries within the Roman Empire wanted to get in on the slave trade and that included the British which led to RAMPANT PIRACY in the Caribbeans due to Spain and Portugal’s Monopoly on the Slave trade. Eventually, the pirates 🏴‍☠️ of the Caribbean would overwhelm Spain and Portugal’s monopoly on the slave trade which led to the Catholic Church ⛪️ opening the market up to the other European nations… by this time , saying the word NEGRO was interchangeable with saying the word Slave/Black/African and not Sephardic Jew…
      So while the English Elites began establishing colonies in North America 🇺🇸, they were still calling Slaves NEGROES… but eventually they decided to use their English word for “Black” to take on an entirely new meaning replacing the Latin word NEGROE which they used to represent Jews and Ethiopians(Africans).
      This is the CONTEXT, plus much more this TH-camr intentionally or unintentionally leaves out of his videos, if you’re a REAL historian, then teach ALL OF IT, or someone else (like myself) will call you out for it.
