It’s mind blowing it took people this long to realize Denis is no where near what peoples expectations were. The dude crushed walnuts and beat Devon like 960 years ago, and thought he was a match for Levan at an older and unhealthier age?
They think denis is like devon , devon is at his best right now in his 50s and he still getting stronger
It was 6 years ago , at the time of Denis vs Devon it was 5 years ago , what is wrong with mentioning that fight? It was Denis's likely strongest version ever , same reason why people bring up Laletin even years after cause he is still the only guy to completely stop Levan in the center, not even Ermes could do it to a fresh Levan and please don't say Devon did too cause Levan was very obviously toying with him lol , thing is that Denis even in this fragile shape gave Devon more of a fight than Ermes did , maybe cause of the styles we will never know but people really don't give Denis credit these days , dude could barely train and still did better against Devon than people like Georgi and Ermes, if the surgery goes well and succesful then i don't see why we could not see a top5 Denis, nothing will hold his training back , Levan will likely never be an option tho for Denis at this point cause no matter what Denis is not gonna be back to his peak shape , only guy i can see beating Levan is Laletin and he seems to be taking training much more seriously the past months

@@davidkosiba624 First of all Ermes wasn't fully prepared during Devon match. He was still extremely strong, the only reason he lost was because Devon wrist was stronger. Devon still had to take his wrist and perfectly time a press to beat Ermes. For Denis, Devon just held him in the center and blasted through his arm integrity many times.
