Introduction to Maximum Likelihood estimation

This is one lecture in my new course "Geospatial Data Science: Statistics and Machine Learning". This is the second course in a series on Geospatial Data Science with Python and deals with the topic of statistics and machine learning with vector data. We use Jupyter notebooks and GeoPandas as the base technology for exploring statistical and machine learning packages in an interactive Python environment including statsmodels, scikit-learn, and PySAL.
NOTE: This course is a work in progress but already includes 10 hours of video and I expect it to be completed by the end of February, 2021.
