This song it's all about how ARMYs are BTS' home and, our home being always where the people we love are. In BTS' case the song is all about how although they can have fancy things, it's ARMY that makes them feel most at home. Our devotion for them also makes us feel at home when we listen their music and watch them 💜😊

SUGA singing about big rings always makes me smile because for while he wore the letters of SUGA one on each finger which were certainly big. One flew off at a concert in Germany I think. The girl who found it offered it back but he said she should keep it and he would have another made but he doesn't seem to have gone through with that. What I dearly want for them is to have their own special person to come home to. For all the love they have given us they deserve to have a happy home life.

What you said about Jungkook is spot on. He does that on every song making the song amazing, complete and grander. Just listen and don't be distracted, he always makes sure everybody shine. He works hard even if the camera is not on him.
HOME is on the Map of the Soul: Persona album, released before MOTS7. It has a few songs that were released on MOTS7 except for HOME and Mikrokosmos 💜
I think this song is heavily under appreciated. It is so comforting & the sound is catchy, lyrics are great too, it is easily ONE of my most favourite BTS songs especially when I'm resting. I lived away from home a lot, & I couldn't visit home a lot during the last 2 years, this song has Brought immense comfort. When I talk about this song, I always tell people that to me, it sounds like what coming home feels like, The sense of familiarity. Its magical to me that BTS can bring Me this feeling of being home when I"m unable to go. It is a testament to their skills.

Jimin sounds AMAZING on this, and I love the rotating room in the Fallon performance. This is a fun, light song with a gentle message, and it sounds like summer. There's an interesting bit of behind/between the scenes from that award show on one of the Namjoon leadership compilations. V was on his last nerve that night. Happens to the best of us from time to time. I miss Jin already, too, but I try to console myself by thinking about how amazing and epic their comeback in 2025 will be. (Your kitty is beautiful!)
I love that BTS used Spanish in this song,"mi casa" sounds so cuteRM commented that the lyrics were going to say "my home" in this part but it didn't sound that good. They also mention the Marichi in another of their songs (Airplane pt.2) and as a Mexican I love that song because it mentions Mexico
Both Home and Mikrokosmos are on the Map of the Soul: Persona album, and they are NOT on MOTS:7 album. I had the 7 album and then saw the BTS week performances and thought, where did these two songs come from? I do have Spotify which I mostly use at work, but I am going on being a ten month old ARMY. The beginning was chaotic (like them) because I have a CD player in the car and a boom box in the kitchen. So I took out every CD the library system had, which was all of them, and tried to start listening that way and after a few months, I made my decisions of what CDs to buy. (Pricey) So I thought MOTS:7 was a compilation of Persona and 7 and it partially was, but a few songs got left off. I discovered this with the other "compilation" albums that I bought, where I had to go back and buy a few more to catch up with the missing songs. Yes, I guess this is the hard way to go when you can just stream playlists, but I wanted to learn all of the eras and you are right. You can tell what songs go with what eara most of the time. I still like to listen to albums more than playlists. (I do wish Jack in the Box was on a CD) Wow, no one is going to read this long, long paragraph. It did feel good to write it all down, though. And since we are soon shopping for another car, I'm afraid that the CD player in the car will be a thing of the past. Sigh...🙂
I read the whole thing! My wife's new car doesn't have a CD player unfortunately, so make sure to check for one!

A year ago today I flew across the country to see them in LA for the Permission To Dance concert. First time on a airplane. First time to California. It was magical. I had nosebleed seats but it didn’t matter. Just being in their presence was enough. I will never forget it and hope to see them live again one day. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You are so lucky. I had tickets to see them in Chicago in 2020 before the pandemic ruined everything, now it's going to be years before they perform as 7 again. But I will wait as long as I have to, I will see BTS live one day. And the tickets for their first tour after their military service is going to be sold out so fast.
I flew to LA last year too, by myself. I left my family on Thanksgiving. Zero regrets. Best day ever! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Home is a song written by RM on the Map of the Soul: Persona Album released in 2019. This was the first in the Map of the Soul Era. In a V-Live with ARMY's, RM Stated that he wrote 80-90% of the lyrics for this album, and all but two songs were written for ARMY's. Track list is as follows - Intro: Persona (RM solo), Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey); Mikrocosmos; Make It Right (song written by Ed Sheeran, and they changed come lyrics and made it Korean Language, and added their rap verses); HOME; Jamais Vu; Dionysus.
I think it was Dionysus and Persona that weren't written for ARMY's. I would have to go back and check out the V-Live. That would be 5 songs for ARMY's.

I love Home!! For me while all are great, Tae and Jimin’s vocals and Yoongi and Hobi’s rap are the highlight of the CD version. And yay two of my fav performances of it. The iconic unscripted one with the silky pj’s on SBS and the mind bending magic trick one on Jimmy fallon. So many iconic moments and nicknames were birthed in these performances. Strawberry Tae in his ladies DVF nightdress showing us why he’s our unbothered fashion king. Librarian Jimin with those iconic glasses. Hobi and Yoongi going mad professor jumping up and down on the sofa, playful Tae and Joon running into each other. THE iconic viral JK and Tae moment that is the most replayed part of the video. Jin going viral with his pink mic staring into the camera and our hearts. Then onto the JF one with WTF trickery of Jimin and Tae and then Namjoon in the mirror. The utter madness in the kitchen, with JK’s iconic pushups and fight with the microwave, food being thrown around, Jin and his blender... Hype Hobi... just all round wonderful chaos. This track sounds as fresh now as it did when it was released. Sadly I have not seen BTS live, the nearest I have got is watching their concert live stream in the cinema and I would highly recommend it. The live vocals were unbelievable, and they sung this track and everyone was dancing. So cool.💜

He's reporting for Duty on December 13 and his birthday is on the 4th, so I wouldn't be surprised if he does a live stream with ARMY's on Weverse. He's not allowed to appear representing BTS officially, but I don't see why he couldn't do a livestream. Anyway... Just letting you know. He was able to talk on the phone and give a speech at the MAMA awards when J-Hope was there and called him.

Bryan, i hope you dont mind the 'fan services' they do these things likecute interactions for fans. Bec fans find those cute. There are extremists that give theories that these fan services are true. As much as they satisfy some fans, they still remain a family, lovinf each others as brothers. These arw just the things that even I was shocked to find out when I started stanning bts. That this kind of service to fans are very evident in Kpop boy and girl groups.
