My new iphone 13 continually stops making/receiving calls every day. For the price I paid for it, why the "F" should I have to restart/toggle airplane mode every day?!! Apple is blaming my carrier, but the other four people on my contract with other phone brands have zero problems!! I think this is one of those typical Apple bugs, like the three year old bug that prevents email reception of receipts via email that Apple refuses to fix. I'm taking it back to Verizon and getting a real phone. Ridiculous!!
Nope. If it’s dropped and there’s a crack on the bottom right regardless if it’s the actual glass or a screen protector, you’re done. Twice this happened, the actual cellular antenna is finished.

Nakiyah Mitchell bro, Try Giving your iPhone a Network Reset, Settings>General> Transfer and reset> Reset>Reset Network settings. It can fix the issue. 😊
ljj2397 Bro, Check if you have turned on Silence Unknown Caller filters on your iPhone. Also check whether Do Not Disturb mode is accidentally turned on or not. If the issue persists, reset your iPhone's network settings and check if your phone runs on the updated version. Hopefully this will solve your issue.☺️
Thanks for your video but it did not solve the problem for me. It's September 2022, on Mac iOS 16.0 have done all of these and am still having this problem with an iPhone 13 mini in Japan. This morning I have had a new SIM card, been to the Apple Store and done a complete reset. The problem persists and it is absolutely maddening. As a phone to receive calls the iPhone 13 mini is the worst piece of junk I have ever owned. An absolutely unreliable piece of trash.

I gave it a test to call my iphone number. It worked! Even with the call waiting @ “on” mode. I did the rest as instructed in this video. Off mode the call forwarding, airplane mode is off too.
I never receive a call from the first time, but always from the second time. I mean if someone wants to call me he calls and the phone is not ringing.I just see it after a while as a missed . When the same number calls me again , then it is ok

And 1 more, go to Mobile Data Options then select Voice & Data, and turn on your “VoLTE”. Hope this help! Cheers
