    In necrotic case if debris are pushed and bmp is all done with closed dressing, so to avoid swelling and to clear pushed debris or bacteria antibiotics can help? And is it necessary to give antibiotics in necrotic cases?

    • @Endocrisps
      @Endocrisps  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes antibiotics will definitely help if you have pushed debris.
      But antibiotics are not necessary for all necrotic cases.

    Sir during bmp there is dentinal debris mixed with very little amount of blood (slight pink) seen on tip of k file. What does it says is it pulpal remanents or file is beyond apex.pt has no pain during bmp

    Is it better to give caoh closed or closed without caoh sir. Because there is no tool to calculate if all microbes inside tooth is removed?

    • @Endocrisps
      @Endocrisps  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Bacterias are present in dentinal debris on wall which are difficult to remove. Use your file to check the firmness on canal wall to make sure that all debris is removed as you do for caries removal from excavator.
      Calcium hydroxide should be given if you are not sure.

    • @Endocrisps

    Sir this is for non vital teeth with periapical pathology but how to minimize pain after bmp in vital teeth

    • @Endocrisps
      @Endocrisps  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are facing pain issue in vital teeth, then you need to read basics. In vital cases main cause of pain is to flaw in pulp extirpation
