I remember when I was a kid when Trancers came out and I loved it. 2 and 3 were fairly enjoyable 4 was okay, 5 was pushing it but for fun for fans and this, well I just don't know what to say. I actually watched this right after coming back from my honeymoon. I remember telling my wife how much I loved Trancers as a kid (Used to watch it with The Terminator all the time) suffice to say almost ten years later, this movie occasionally comes up as one of the all time blunders of renting this.
I refuse to accept this as a Trancers film. Trancers without Tim Thomerson is just utterly unwatchable. I could deal with the slowly diminishing roles of Helen Hunt and Megan Ward, but this is a bridge too far.
They need to remake this series for the modern era. Especially with the popularity of zombies. Jack Deth in Trancers Genesis. Have Hugh Jackman as the new Jack Deth!
Zette it seems vanished from movies unfortunately.Actually an entertaining movie.I miss the early 2000's now ,still had direct to video cheap movies. TH-cam and digital download did not exist yet.

I am a date fanatic. The only one thing that through me off about Trancers 6 are the dates. according to Helen Hunt who was born in 1963. Which means her curator must been born the the same time. So by Trancer 2. her daughter had be born after 1985 - 1990. But Trancer 6 was set in the year 2022ad. So your dates are badly flawed. But in trancer 2 . Helen Hunt had a daughter about 12 years of since it's 2005. The daughter would of been born 1993. A year After Jack Delth left 1992. So according to his daughter being about physically only 18 years old. She be 29 years old as an 18 year old.
it's a good trailer it Just sucks That Tim Thomerson is not in it but i love the series & own all the original trancers on VHS All 5 And I'll Buy This One 2
@sailorx72 , I believe Charlies Band sold some of his best series of movies From Full Moon to other indy studios ( like Trancers and Puppet Master series) do to Money issues or some B.S. and those new guys have no idea how to make movies and are ruining the series. in stead of staying with the basics of what made the movies great to begain with.
I see they are not bothering with real actors anymore. Or a real script. And special effects my nephew could do better on a Commodore 64. I don't think I'm going to bother watching the full thing.
What happened to Full Moon since the 1990's. There movies were great but after looking at this trailer I have seen some independent non profit stuff with better budgets than this.
Looks like Full Moon took a total noise dive in the 21st century. It's to bad because they once made some great movies. This trailer alone has discourage me from watching Trancers 6.
I didn't think this movie was as bad as people make it out to be... even the trailer was well presented. I liked the Trancers movies and I do not think this is an insult to the series atall, heck it's even got real guns with blanks and blood squibs!! how many new low-budget movies use that? it's all after effects / CG with guns and blood.
I'm a fan of FullMoon and of the Trancers series. but what the hell is this? it looks terrible. Full Moon allways prided it's self in good stories. and looked great for a independent movies but this is not good at all.
the trailer alone looked terrible... FullMoon should have come up with a Better story... not even a cameo of Jack Deth...passing the Torch so to speak.

God the first films looked low budget but this looks like a college students side project.
First couple had A to B list actors at least and in my opinion better effects for its time

There's a big difference between low budget films and amateur films. This is like something that would be on Best of the Worst.
