I have loved your deep dive into Shinee you're one of the few who actually do a real deep dive and your commentaires were spot on. For the Solo It’s gonna be a hell of a ride Taem started first in 2014, the Jonghyun in 2015, Key 2018, Onew 2021 and Minho 2022-2023 ?. Each members have really different vibes... But that’s what makes Shinee members special. You see their coloris through the group that is intensified during their solos. If we really want to say solo then its Jjong he was the first sm idol to have a solo song in their first album Y si fuera heya. He sang it live at the xmas parti show in 2008. But yes thats what i have been following them since the start they really have various colours. AND every member has his own style !!! You're gonna see for Taem especially just how much his voice has changed and has gotten higher. Jjong was his personal teacher but Tarm work extremly hard for his voice til now if you compare taem from Guilty and Sexy in the air you'll see the voice has reached a new level ! As an OG and shawol i love them all ! And if you listen carefully for Taem during the high notes sometimes for a split second it’s like hearing Jjong❤ And Minho is the se ond who in my opinion has improved the most after Taem because he started as a rapper but now he can hold a note which wasnt possible back then.. Im gonna stop here because it will ́ever end otherwise. ❤🎉

So many years as a fan of kpop, and SHINee still to this day remains the only group for me, where I enjoy the group albums as much as every single one of the members’ solos (Taemin will forever be my ult but I never skip the other ones’ releases either and often listen to them on repeat so much that I almost get sick of it). Such a talented group, I have yet to find another one like them
those were mainly left out as tried to stick to max 2 releases per album unless it was a fully promoted release, as the playlist was already getting out of hand lmao
So this had a lot of performance videos and some live'ish clips that are not exactly MV's but I'm not complaining for 6 hours of SHINee lmao, I think the only one that's missing was promotional video for Taemin's 'Ace'. I finally finished watching the video in two days, thank you so much, it was a lot of fun! Hopefully we can get a Japanese edition deep dive with SHINee group and member solo Japanese releases (there's not that many solo, it's mostly just Taemin + a few from Onew and one from Key but SHINee has a bunch).
you should definitely listen to onew's albums, each one is such a masterpiece and never the same but always so connected. was kind of sad more of his official songs with mvs didnt make it here but more potential reactions in the future! btw bias onew *high five* we're called JJINGGU (a play on onew's real name jinki and the korean for friend chinggu) so welcome!
It might have been luck but I called it that you would be an Onew bias immediately. Jjinggus are one of the best fandoms out there. I wasn't the biggest fan of Gasoline until I saw a live performance, it's excellent as a concert anthem. SHINee members were on top of their game in 2024, I absolutely loved every album they put out.
