- This video is part 2 of our drive from Letaba to Shingwedzi. On our way to the Shipandani hide a herd of elephants block the road for 1 hour, giving me lots of photographing and filming opportunities. At the Shipandani hide we have the most incredible sighting of a herd of buffalos coming to drink at the Tsendze river.
During our travel to Shingwedzi Hannes & I have a chat about our favorite moments and what to expect of Shingwedzi.
Late afternoon we arrive at Shingwedzi camp where I give you a short tour in my hut.

Hello Linda, thank you for more of your videos i love the way you do the close ups to see such detail. The eyes of the buffalo look so gentle belying the huge strength they have, and i could watch elephants all day the baby baboons are something else. @@LindaSmitWildlifeImpressions , het ziet er super uit. Haal er al veel tips uit voor mijn volgende reis. Heb een 200-600 lens mee. Wil ook echt eens filmen. Ben er vorig jaar maart mee begonnen maar dat editten is veel werk. Misschien een volgende keer
@@annevanrijn Editen kost inderdaad heel veel tijd, maar het is een leuke herinnering. Een 200-600 ga je veel plezier van hebben.

Wow, what an amazing video. And I'm not saying this because you are a friend. Honestly, the footage you caught was so cool. I was mesmerised by the elephants , well I was impressed with them all. Your friend and guide, Hannes, seems like a top bloke. It's makes me happy to see you in your natural environment where you obviously thrive. The accommodation looked great. @LindaSmitWildlifeImpressions I think it would if you change your channel name. Like we spoke about last week. Obviously, put your name in it, but maybe not at the start. People are looking for wildlife, and that's what will pop up first on yt. You know more about how yt works. That's just my theory . X
