A Linus Media Group interview would be awesome too because it's really different from MKBHD's small team! The LMG workflow with tons of employees and several youtube channels is such a drastic contrast
Linus Sebastian (LinusTechTips) would be a great interview. His channel has turned into an entire conglomerate of businesses like LinusMediaGroup, FloatPlane and Creator Warehouse.
This whole interview is so inspiring. The questions are perfect, and this was so smooth. I've been watching Marques for like 7 years. And I respect his work flow and video techniques, and just the smaller details, and even the Easter eggs he inclues. Each thing just adds to the quality, the dedication is crazy. I aspire to get to this place in my niche.

Amazing interview! I am really happy to hear you discuss the "team" aspects of channel development. It seems like there comes a time with TH-camrs where the work is too much for just them, and I've witnessed some very solid creators get completely overwhelmed by the process because they are going through it alone. Their process has through evolution morphed into a quality level that cannot be replicated with regularity while keeping to a consistent upload schedule. Great discussion points.
It's funny you say that about his team yet another commenter just before you said that marques prefers to edit his own videos. When you're a one man band it's all you. Once you start bringing other people in that's going to change for good or ill.
I love the questions you guys make and that you are for real trying to get useful answers. One of the questions at 24:40 Samir mentions a "let go" on the administration side so you can focus more on the Creative side of the brand, one creator I think does this pretty well is Pokimane, maybe you guys should have her in one time, I do admire how she manages herself. Keep the great job!
