Bald eagle trying to keep cool in 93 degree weather at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge

This majestic bald eagle was trying to keep as cool as possible, while it being 93 degrees on this summer afternoon. Blackwater NWR is the best place to go for a wonderful experience. I believe this eagle was also trying to stay away from the osprey nearby that were fishing and trying to keep it away.
