I`m currently on ios 14.4.2 and i`m a bit scared about my battery life and smoothness on the phone. Battery is on 74% and it lasts for about 4 hours from 100% to 0%. Also I play some games such as pubg and punishing gray raven will my preformance decrease? If so I think it`s not worth to upgrade but i really want some fresh ios. I`m not sure if it will lag or so since on 14 my phone is really smooth atleast using an interface scrolling down web pages and regular tasks such as social networks and texting. Will it be the same performance and battery life or even better on ios 16.4?

I’m itching to update my XS Max from ios 15.4.1 to 16.2 but I’m contemplating since I just bought my phone from an online iPhone store that sells 2nd hand ones and I don’t know if there are hidden issues on my phone. AND they don’t have a warranty for the ios updates. Do you think the seller knows that something might go wrong if I update my ios to the latest one? ‘cause I asked her if it’s okay to update and she said “no” I also have some problems whenever I upload a pic on my fb and ig story and put a background music. The output ends up being distorted and completely low quality. But when I only upload the pic without putting a background music, it ends up fine. I’m wondering if it has something to do with not updating the ios. I hope someone can tend to my questions..

That’s totally wrong. I got two iPhones, 1 running 14.7.1 and 1 running 16.7.5. I can clearly see the difference. And my iPhone X running ios 14 has significantly lower battery health than the other run, yet it’s much more fluent and apps open faster. iOS 16 really killed the iPhone X. It’s not a nice experience anymore.

Check the iPhone IMEI number on the apple website or iunlocker to see if your phone is blacklisted or no..
