i am confused little: one hot encoding--->scikit learn ke inside hai or one of the technique hai for converting categorical data to numeric and && dummy_variables by get_dummies---->pd.get_dummies(pandas) ki functionality hai for converting categorical data to numeric.Ye sahi hai na matlab get_dummies and one hot encoding 2 alag alag tareeke hai ek hi kam ko krne ke right

sir if we can encode through pandas in too much easy way then why we should use scikit learn instead of pandas, becuase in pandas directly we can write
pd.get_dummies(clean_tips_df,drop_first=True)
but
in scikit learn it just legnth with comparison of pandas
