I first found out about Luis Miguel while watching the movie Speechless in the early 90s (Michael Keaton and Geena Davis) and although I didn’t know Spanish I was amazed at his voice. Fast forward to today, I have 10+ albums of his, seen him in concert thrice, and my wife and I will be seeing him every time he comes back to Dallas now that we live here. Luis Miguel is without a doubt my favorite singer!! Thanks for the react vid and please do more of LuisMi!! Most of your subscribers may have no idea that they just watched a legend who’s known as the Sun of Mexico. He’s a once in a generation talent and you need to check him out more. He’s been singing since he was 10 and his vocals are still amazingly strong. If you ever get a chance to see him in concert, don’t think, just go!

His mother was Italian, from Milan. Luis Miguel in 1985 participated to Sanremo Festival, obtaining the second place! It was a great success in Italy, with "Noi Ragazzi di Oggi", written by Toto Cutugno, also one winner of ESC! Luis's mom was very happy about this, but the next year (in 1986), she mysteriously disappeared. The Italian relatives of Luis's mother are still looking for her. It seems that it was his father who made her "disappear", which is why LM never got along with his father. All of LM's soons bear the Italian surname of their grandmother.
