9 bananas
350g strawberries
Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons
honey 6 teaspoons
For a cocktail (optional):
Milk 400 ml (2 cups)
1 banana
Strawberries 200-250 g (frozen)
Honey (as desired and to taste)

I make this often & keep it in the freezer. Sometimes I vary the ingredients.
Sometimes dates instead of honey.
Sometimes a little half n half instead of milk. Sometimes a little juice instead. Mostly, I like just it with just the fruit. I use cacao instead of cocoa. It’s so refreshing & and nice treat!

Love from Canada. I just viewed the whole video and counted only five ingredients needed to make this yummy homemade dessert. Bananas, strawberries, honey, cocoa and I think milk. Most things lots of kitchens have. Hmm...saying "no sugar" is very confusing. Bananas have lots of sugar (carbs).. Also honey is pure sugar.. Better to say "no added refined sugar" . Nice effort tho. I can imagine a lot of people will try this 😊
You can do this without honey at all. Of course bananas are sweet, but sugar in fruits is useful 😊

You need a strawberry huller. You first pull off the leaf then you use the huller to pull out the root, without sacrificing any of rhe strawberry. The root csn be hard, is only white & has no taste. Toronto!! 🇨🇦
