in regards to those timers that were placed over the fuel Island that Steve stopped at, really couldnt find any real definiate answer to how those actually work, but guessing that alot of these truck stops are now going to start using these so that truckers lets say Wont Hog the fuel pumps or to put it another way, once they stop at the pump, they can only stay there for a certain number of minutes or in some way, the driver can get into some sort of trouble somehow, thats pretty much all I can think of....
