love the video, so relaxing! curious though, is it rare to find veggies that arent in plastic? i live in a very small town and is super rare to find veggies in plastic, they are mostly loose unpackaged?

I've been to Japan many years ago and the prices were relatively the same as here in UK. Its so cheap now comparing to what we pay for groceries !!!!
I wished that could be said the same in the United States. Where I live, in Ohio it’s triple or quadruple the price.

Mirin gives the cooking some sweetness but very light, it should be fine even you skip it. Or replace with some sugar 🎶
