Wouldn’t the 60 be able to carry more sence it weights less

Axle capacity wise maybe a couple hundred pounds more, frame flex and stopping power wise, no

That’s why it’s rated for the full 7000lbs of axle capacity
60PI - 6000lb gross weight rating is BigTex saying you have less frame stress and stopping capacity
